Buy colorful....buy fresh!!!  
Locate your local farmers' markets, but you can find fresh produce at
your local grocery stores as well.

Tip: Try to find places that chop, cut, etc. the vegetables, which can save a TON of time when meal prepping!

These are a great post-workout snack. Two pieces has 3g of fat, 14g of carbs, 2g, and 4g of protein.  These can be found at Publix.
